Why Apply for CRCA Membership?
One of the services provided by CRCA is to provide members with contacts within the restaurant industry to facilitate the exchange of ideas and information related to compensation and benefits.
All CRCA members will have access to the roster of the current Association members, their addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
Additional networking opportunities are presented at the annual CRCA conference; attendance is encouraged for all member companies.
Membership Application Process
Restaurant organizations who would like to be considered for CRCA membership must submit an application for membership. As outlined in the Membership By-Laws, the gross annual revenues from company-owned and franchised units must be no less than $50 million. In addition, there is a minimum requirement for number of units:
a. Quick Service Restaurants: 50
b. Dinnerhouse: 10
c. Family Dining: 35
Organizations who would like to apply for membership should contact the CRCA Membership Director, Melody Keeble or President (phone and e-mail address can be found on the Officer Contact Page). You may also complete the membership application form. The application form will provide assistance in determining if you have a sufficient number of job matches to be eligible for membership consideration for CRCA.
The membership application outlines the position covered by the annual CRCA Compensation Survey. Please indicate which of the positions you are able to match within your own organization and submit electronically, or if you prefer, please fax or e-mail your completed application to the CRCA President or Past President. At that time, you may also request a copy of the most recent annual conference agenda and a listing of the previous compensation survey participants.
If approved for membership by the Executive Committee, you may receive a copy of the previous compensation survey (without participating in the survey) by paying in advance for this survey as well as for the upcoming year and the annual membership fees (total cost of $4,175).
As a member, you will receive an address and contact listing of all other member companies for networking purposes, the option to participate in the Association's annual Benefits Survey , the annual Total Remuneration Survey and two spot surveys per year.
