CRCA Job Bank

The CRCA Job Bank allows member and non-member companies who are seeking qualified professionals in compensation, benefits and HR disciplines to post available job postings. There is a minimal fee for posting by non-members, please contact Chip Stalter at stalterc@whitecastle.com for details.

CRCA Discussion Forum

In the CRCA discussion forum CRCA members are able to exchange thoughts and ideas in a private section of the web site reserved for members only. Topics include benefits, compensation, recruiting, HRIS, training and several other relevant subjects.

CRCA Annual Conference

Each year CRCA hosts a conference of all association members, usually hosted by the Vice President of the Association. This conference provides speakers on important compensation and benefits topics. It also provides networking opportunities for CRCA members to exchange ideas and conduct discussion forums.

Our 2008 conference will be held in the beautiful state of Kentucky at the Griffin Gate Marriott Hotel.

CRCA Surveys

CRCA conducts an annual compensation survey that is administered through an independent consultant. This provides critical data on all of the top corporate positions as well as key field and restaurant management positions. A benefits survey is also conducted every year.

CRCA Reports

CRCA makes available through this website, published spot survey reports and other proprietary publications to members.

CRCA Membership Roster

One of the membership benefits is that you will access to the online membership roster. The roster contains the names of all member companies, the primary contact names at those companies, their phone and fax numbers, as well as e-mail addresses. A great way to keep in touch, network and ask quick questions!
